-Challenges-

I remember being told challenges make us stronger.

I hope this is true
because
I'm experiencing a bunch
one after another . . .
and
Now,
when i think I can see the terrific outcome towards the end
at least
where there seems to be a break
time to "breathe"
Another "challenge" pops up.

-dang!-
Okay, okay, we got this . .

Looking forward to
something
good

🎜Tell me something good! . . . tell me, tell me, tell me!🎝

Pen & Paper . . .

 Today's Sketch

and - I'm reading:

I've read one other book by Noah Gordon.

Both of them kept me good company . .

This one . . gadzooks, it tells of another turbulent time in history.

I highly recommend.

In fact, I suggest we read all his books.

-Quotable-

QUOTABLE
It’s always such a joy that you wake up in the morning and there’s work to do.

—Jerome Lawrence

I hope you enjoy "Quotable" - as much as I do.

hmmmm -

 I discovered a post I made - was no longer playing . .
perhaps that is just as well.
Times are
odd
hm???

SO, here I am
wanting to share a book that touched me:

Day After Night by Diamant, Anita Paperback / softback Book The Fast ...

It's a fictional retelling
of True Stories.

It's a terrific thing,
having a reading list
so I can move along to the next thing

Because
Important as this story is to me
and
How I soaked up the story . .
It's best for my heart
to
"move along."

Do YOU have stories that rivet your heart?
I'd like to hear about them.

And,
YES!!!
I recommend this book.
It's about True Relationships
through very disturbing/difficult/hard times.

If you decide to read it
I'd like to hear about it.

What to do?

I was sent here to serve
a long time ago.
I'm almost used to the idea now.

There has been joy.
There has been abuse.

-sigh-

I am reminded of stories in The Text
servants were sent
to attend to a task for
The Master
and
things did not go well for them.

Isn't that the silliest way to begin a new year?

ack!

I hear stories from all over the planet
that demonstrate this story

It's time to celebrate!
Promises are about to be kept.

 Brilliant New Year!!

I used to

travel around this region
with my teeny camera
and
take pictures
to share with you
BECAUSE
this place is
very different
from the place I came from
(where we lived)

Thinking to post something today
I found this
from i have no clue how long ago
I DO remember taking this photo
and
Today seems a good day to post it
BECAUSE
there was once
a young lady who
said
"YES"

Yep . . It seems I'm not "HOME" very often . . . (sorry.)

It has been keeping me company
for a few days
-
It's really terrific, having my head in a book again.
The weather has been nice
(a gift this time of year)
So, Dog, Cat and Lady
Have spent time outside -
sniffing
and reading together.

I saw a page while looking for a graphic of the cover for you
let's see if i can find it.

HERE:

In case you're interested.

I'll make a point to "do better"
meaning, I'll endeavor to post way more often . .
In between,
 please "wish" me well . . .
I'm learning to overcome
one teeny step at a time.

Oh!  I meant to tell you
I purchased this book used . . . and kept it on my shelf way too long.
Now, I am sorry I did not reach for it sooner
AND
Real Grateful
havin' it for company right now.

Wishing The Best of Everything to YOU.
